  3. Data processed, purposes and storage period

    Data processed

    In accordance with your request, the user has been registered in the Aurant Identify, and for this purpose, access credentials have been created for you, the custody of which is your exclusive responsibility.

    The data that will be processed will be the user's basic identification data: User name, name and surname and e-mail address. As a result of the installation of some products, together with the serial number, TELEVÉS may register the GPS coordinates of the products in order to identify their physical location, thus allowing the location of all the devices assigned to the installer.

    The user guarantees that the data provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date, and shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may be caused as a result of non- compliance with this obligation. In the event that the user provides data of third parties, he/she declares that he/she has their consent and undertakes to provide them with the information contained in this clause, exempting TELEVÉS from any liability in this regard. However, TELEVÉS may carry out checks to verify this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures, in accordance with data protection regulations.

    Purposes

    The data processed will be processed for the following specific purposes:

    • Management and access to services, assistance and/or technical support, and it may also be necessary to provide the identification number of the TELEVES product.
    • Sending of communications of interest: Communications of interest to the user will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the registration process.

    Conservation

    The data shall be kept for the following period:

    • User registration: The information will be stored for as long as it is necessary for the contractual performance, and after the contractual performance has ended, it will be stored for as long as it is necessary for the resolution of any complaints.
    • Forwarding of communications: The e-mail, linked to these purposes, will be retained as long as consent is not withdrawn.

    The legal legitimation on which the data processing is based is based on one of the following grounds:

    The data controller may make use of third-party service providers when strictly necessary for the execution of the services contracted by the user, in compliance with the functions entrusted to it by the data controller, without this entailing any communication or transfer of personal data. On the other hand, no international transfers of data are foreseen.

  6. Exercise of rights

    You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, of limitation and opposition to their processing, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, by sending a letter to dpo@televescorporation.com, or by ordinary mail to the postal address of the data controller.

    The User shall have the right to lodge a complaint or claim before the national data protection authority if he/she considers that a breach of data protection legislation has been committed with regard to the processing of his/her personal data.
