  3. Purpose

    In compliance with current data protection regulations applicable to this case, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Spanish Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD, Law 3/2018 of 5 December) as well as any other regulation that may be applicable, the Data Controller informs that no personal data is processed when using this application.

    The Data Controller will only collect information relating to the technical configuration parameters of the product, on which the installation is carried out, as well as the specific location of the user's device, provided that the user permits it. This information, which will be anonymised and therefore will not allow the identification by any means of the user, will be used exclusively for statistical and analytical purposes in order to implement optimisations and improvements in the APP, the products subject to configuration, as well as eventually mapping the coverage signal parameters according to different installation locations.
