  2. Object

    These conditions regulate the use that the Owner makes available to users of the application, which may be modified without prior notice, so that its periodic consultation is recommended, especially when preparing to make effective use of products and / or services.

  3. Conditions of access and use

    Access to the application is free and gives the user the status of User, who may access the contents or even contact its administrators.

    The User must read, understand and accept these conditions of use before browsing and/or using the services, which will imply express acceptance of and adherence to the terms and conditions expressed below:

    • Commitment to diligent use of the resources, with strict compliance with current legislation, with respect for good customs and “netiquette”, that is, the set of general rules of behaviour on the Internet;
    • The User will accept the terms and conditions of a specific service or resource of the application when they are strictly necessary for its use, which will be expressly required of him/her in his/her case and;
    • The User may not make use of the application outside the terms set out in these conditions of use, specifically for illegal purposes, contrary to morality or public order in any of its expressions, or constituting a crime.

    Similarly, in the event that comments or opinion posts are allowed, the Owner shall not be responsible in any case for the opinions expressed by third parties, although it reserves the right to remove or even not to publish those that are offensive or inappropriate or, failing that, as soon as it has knowledge of the content published.

  4. Intellectual Property

    The Proprietor owns all rights to the application, its trademarks, graphic interface, structure, images and constituent elements of the object code, as well as the programming and engineering of the source code. All these elements, as well as the publications included therein, are protected by the applicable intellectual property regulations.

    Any reproduction, adaptation, modification or public communication of all or part of the contents of the application, carried out in any form or by any means, mechanical, manual or otherwise, without the express authorisation of the Owner, is prohibited.

    Any link to the application must be directed to the home page, and deep links or links to other content other than the aforementioned content are prohibited. Likewise, the practice of browsing on frames is prohibited.

  5. Protection of personal data.

    The Data Controller has adopted all the security measures, both technical and organisational, required by data protection regulations, in particular according to the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, as well as other data protection regulations that may be applicable.

  6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

    These Conditions are subject to Spanish law, submitting any dispute to the courts and tribunals of the city of Santiago de Compostela (Spain), waiving any other general or special jurisdiction that may correspond to them, except in cases where the forum corresponds to the domicile of the User as a consumer.
