3. Data processed, purposes and storage period

   Purposes

   In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data, TELEVÉS informs that the information used will be treated with total confidentiality, with the aim of:

   • User registration: Registration is required to obtain after-sales and technical support services, and the serial number of the Televés product must also be identified.
   • Sending of communications of interest: Communications of interest to the user may be sent to the e-mail address provided during the registration process.

   Data processed

   In accordance with the aforementioned purposes, TELEVÉS shall process the following categories of data:

   • For the registration request by the user: some data must be provided by filling in the form provided, in which it will be indicated which of them are compulsory.
   • During browsing: data such as the IP address assigned by your provider may be provided.

   The user guarantees that the data provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date, and shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may be caused as a result of non- compliance with this obligation. In the event that the user provides data of third parties, he/she declares that he/she has their consent and undertakes to provide them with the information contained in this clause, exempting TELEVÉS from any liability in this regard. However, TELEVÉS may carry out checks to verify this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures, in accordance with data protection regulations.

   Conservation

   The data shall be kept for the following period:

   • User registration: The information will be stored for as long as it is necessary for the contractual performance, and after the contractual performance has ended, it will be stored for as long as it is necessary for the resolution of any complaints.
   • Forwarding of communications: The e-mail, linked to these purposes, will be retained as long as consent is not withdrawn.

4. Legitimation

   The grounds on which the data processing is based are as follows:

   • Execution of a contractual relationship: This is the legal basis for processing arising from registration and subsequent after-sales services.
   • Legitimate interest of the owner: Regarding the sending of communications of interest to the user.

5. Recipients and assignments

   The Controller may use third party service providers when strictly necessary for the execution of the services contracted by the user, in compliance with the functions entrusted to it by the Controller, without this entailing any communication or transfer of personal data.

6. Exercise of rights

In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the limitation of the processing of their data or object to the processing thereof, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims.
