Purpose
In compliance with current data protection regulations applicable to this case, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Spanish Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD, Law 3/2018 of 5 December) as well as any other regulation that may be applicable, the Data Controller informs that no personal data is processed when using this application.
The Data Controller will only collect information relating to the specific location of the device, provided that the user so permits. This information, which will be anonymised and therefore will not allow the identification of the user, will be used for the purpose of pre-loading the specific configuration of the device established according to the country in which the installation takes place.
